Contracts

Automatically generate a musician’s contract, have it signed online, and ensure it’s attached to all future communications.

Notify

Communicate with your musicians on a project or season level. You can invite them to confirm availability for services or assign them directly. They’ll receive email, SMS, and push notifications via the mobile app.

Answer a call

Once a communication is sent, musicians can respond by accepting, declining, or holding the call directly from the email. They can also leave a note for their manager. Assignments without responses are also supported.

Live Rosters

Need a clean PDF roster for your concert? No problem, Rhapsody can generate one with a wide range of customization options. You can even create a public PDF link that stays up to date and in sync with your hiring.

Budget & Payroll

Rhapsody helps you evaluate the cost of an orchestra. Build the project and view costs based on a customizable scale sheet. You set the rehearsal fees and overscale amounts per position. Exportable to Excel.

Show Sheet

The Booklet feature in Rhapsody lets you create content for a project, season, venue, piece, or musician. You can insert dynamic content or even another booklet into a show sheet, for example.

Seasons

Manage your projects at another level with the Season feature. View all your musicians and which projects they play. Invite or assign musicians in bulk with a single communication.

Address Book

The address book contains all your musicians’ information. Manage their personal information & instruments, view their calendar, sent emails, time off, key metrics, and more.

Map Explore

View your address book on a map with all your venues. Perform advanced search based on instruments, groups, and more. This feature can help you hire musicians close to venues.

Attendance

Keep track of attendance events such as tardies and no-shows. Add additional details as needed. All events are available on each musician’s individual profile.

Holidays

Add a musician’s time off in Rhapsody. Once entered, you will see if there are any conflicts with the musician’s schedule.

Venues

Rhapsody manages your venues and displays their calendar, project list, and important information. For instance, you can write parking instructions for musicians and include them in the call later.

Excuse Requests

If turned on, this feature allows musicians to request to be excused for certain accepted dates. Accept or reject each request.
